1. No Returns or Refunds
At Trivedic, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
This policy helps us ensure the safety, hygiene, and authenticity of our wellness products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement if the issue is verified.
3. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need assistance before your order is processed, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to ensure they are available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
