All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for dispatch.
2. Shipping Time
We currently ship across India.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
We may also run free shipping promotions from time to time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations across India.
Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email along with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
